Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) niniejszym informuje, że w związku z dywidendą niepieniężną na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, w raporcie nr 67 należy skorygować następujące informacje w odniesieniu do rozdziału V pkt 19.1 oraz 19.11:
Rozdział V pkt 19.1.
"W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości – 8.426 – łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości – 14.069.863 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości – 8.371 – łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości – 13.504.339 m2"
Rozdział V pkt 19.1.1
1."W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu własności – 1.671 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego- 2.992.894 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu własności – 1.638 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego- 2.741.837 m2"

Otrzymuje brzmienie:

Correction no. 3 for report No. 67 and an Update of the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A.
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) hereby announces that the following information should be corrected in report No. 67, Chapter V section 19.1 and 19.1.1 in relation to the in-kind dividend due to the State Treasury:
Chapter V section 19.1
“In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties reading “8,426", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate reading “14,069,863 m2"
has been replaced with:
“In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties reading “8,371", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate reading “13,504,339 m2"
Chapter V section 19.1.1
1. “In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties held under ownership right reading “1,671", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate held under ownership right reading “2,992,894 m2"
has been replaced with:
