| | Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) niniejszym informuje o następujących zmianach w treści opublikowanego w dniu 2 czerwca 2005 r. Prospektu Emisyjnego Akcji PGNiG S.A.
Rozdział V pkt 19.1
"W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości – 8.372 – łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości – 13.505.768 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot - Spółka- liczba nieruchomości – 8.371 – łączna powierzchnia nieruchomości – 13.504.741 m2"
Rozdział V, pkt 19.1.1
"W tabeli - podmiot – Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego - 1.856 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego - 7.403.297 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot – Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego – 1.855 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego –7.402.270 m2"

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) hereby announces the following changes to the contents of the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A. published on 2 June 2005:

has been replaced with:
