Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) niniejszym informuje o następujących zmianach w treści opublikowanego w dniu 2 czerwca 2005 roku Prospektu Emisyjnego Akcji PGNiG S.A.:
Rozdział V, pkt 19.1.1
"W tabeli - podmiot – Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego – 1.855 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego –7.402.270 m2"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"W tabeli - podmiot – Spółka - liczba nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego – 1.856 – powierzchnia nieruchomości posiadanych na podstawie tytułu użytkowania wieczystego – 7.402.830 m2"
Pkt.19.1.3
W pierwszej tabeli dane dla Spółki dotyczące liczby nieruchomości i łącznej powierzchni nieruchomości, czyli

Zostają zastąpione następującymi danymi:

Legal basis: Art 81 section 1 subsection 1 of the Law on Public Trading in Securities
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) hereby announces following changes to the contents of the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A. published on 2 June 2005:
Chapter V section 19.1.1
In the table, the line referring to the Company, the column referring to the number of real properties held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading “1,855", and the column referring to the total area of the real estate held under the right of perpetual usufruct reading “7,402,270 m2".
Has been replaced with
