Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa SA ( PGNiG SA) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 16 września 2005 roku powziął informację z Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki (URE) o decyzji Prezesa URE z dnia 12 września 2005 roku o wydłużeniu terminu obowiązywania taryfy nr 1/2003 pierwotnie zatwierdzonej w dniu 16 września 2003 (zmienionej decyzją Prezesa URE z dnia 16 czerwca 2005, 1 marca 2005, decyzją z 16 grudnia 2004 r, 28 lipca 2004 r.) do dnia 31 grudnia 2005 r. oraz zatwierdzenia zmiany taryfy w zakresie cen paliw gazowych.
Poniższa tabela przedstawia zmienione ceny za paliwo gazowe w odniesieniu do grup taryfowych odbiorców gazu wysokometanowego oraz zaazotowanego a także opłaty abonamentowe, które nie uległy zmianie.

Jednocześnie Zarząd PGNiG S.A. informuje, że aktualizacji ulega Prospekt Emisyjny Akcji PGNiG S.A. w zakresie:
Rozdział V Pkt 13.1.1.2 s. 179
Pierwsze zdanie w pierwszym akapicie tj:"Aktualnie obowiązująca taryfa PGNiG dla paliw gazowych nr 1/2003 została zatwierdzona przez Prezesa URE decyzją z dnia 16 września 2003, zmienioną decyzją z dnia 28 lipca 2004 r. decyzją z dnia 16 grudnia 2004 r. oraz decyzją z dnia 1 marca 2005 oraz z dnia 16 czerwca 2005 r."
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
"Aktualnie obowiązująca taryfa PGNiG dla paliw gazowych nr 1/2003 została zatwierdzona przez Prezesa URE decyzją z dnia 16 września 2003 r., zmienioną decyzją z dnia 28 lipca 2004 r, decyzją z dnia 16 grudnia 2004 r, decyzją z dnia 1 marca 2005 r, decyzją z dnia 16 czerwca 2005 r oraz decyzją z dnia 12 września 2005 r."
Ostatnie zdanie w pierwszym akapicie tj: Decyzją z dnia 1 marca 2005 r. Prezes URE przedłużył obowiązywanie ww. taryfy do 30 czerwca 2005 r., natomiast decyzją z dnia 16 czerwca 2005 r. Prezes URE przedłużył obowiązywanie ww. taryfy do 30 września 2005 r. oraz zatwierdził nowe wyższe ceny paliw gazowych (obowiązujące od 1 lipca 2005 r.)"
Otrzymuje następujące brzmienie:
Decyzją z dnia 1 marca 2005 r. Prezes URE przedłużył obowiązywanie ww. taryfy do 30 czerwca 2005 r., natomiast decyzją z dnia 16 czerwca 2005 r. Prezes URE przedłużył obowiązywanie ww. taryfy do 30 września 2005 r. oraz zatwierdził nowe wyższe ceny paliw gazowych (obowiązujące od 1 lipca 2005 r.) a decyzją z dnia 12 września 2005 r. przedłużył obowiązywanie ww. taryfy do końca grudnia 2005 oraz zatwierdził nowe wyższe ceny paliw gazowych. (obowiązujące od 1 października 2005)"

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (PGNiG SA) hereby announces that on 16 September 2005, it was informed by the Energy Regulatory Office of the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated 12 September 2005 on extending the effective term of tariff No. 1/2003 originally approved on 16 September 2003 (as amended under the decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated 16 June 2005, 1 March 2005, 16 December 2004, 28 July 2004) until 31 December 2005 and on approving the change in the tariff for gaseous fuel prices.
The table below presents the amended gaseous fuel prices for tariff groups of high-methane gas and nitrogenised gas customers, as well as the standing charges, which have not been changed.

The amended tariff will be implemented in accordance with Art. 47 section 3 subsection 1 and art. 47 section 4 of the Energy Law
The Management Board of PGNiG S.A. would further like to announce that the Prospectus of PGNiG S.A. is hereby amended as follows:
Chapter V section 13.1.1.2
The first sentence in the first paragraph reading:
“PGNiG’s current tariff for gas fuels No. 1/2003 was approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in his decision dated 16 September 2003, as amended by decisions dated 28 July 2004, 16 December 2004, 1 March 2005, and decision dated 16 June 2005."
has been replaced with:
“PGNiG’s current tariff for gas fuels No. 1/2003 was approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in his decision dated 16 September 2003, as amended by decisions dated 28 July 2004, decision dated 16 December 2004, decision dated 1 March 2005 and decision dated 16 June 2005 as well as decision dated 12 September 2005."
The last sentence in the first paragraph reading:
“In a decision dated 1 March 2005, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office extended the validity of the above-referenced tariff until 30 June 2005 and in a decision dated 16 June 2005, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office extended the validity of the above-referenced tariff until 30 September 2005 and approved new, higher, prices of gaseous fuels (effective as from 1 July 2005)."
shall be replaced with:
“In a decision dated 1 March 2005, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office extended the validity of the above-referenced tariff until 30 June 200, whereas in a decision dated 16 June 2005, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office extended the validity of the above-referenced tariff until 30 September 2005 and approved new, higher, prices of gaseous fuels (effective as from 1 July 2005); and in a decision dated 12 September 2005, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office extended the validity of the above-referenced tariff until the end of December 2005 and approved new, higher, prices of gaseous fuels (effective as from 1 October 2005)."
