| | Zarząd Global Energy S.A. działając zgodnie z art. 70 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu dzisiejszym od podmiotu "STAR Ventures GmbH" dalej zwanym "STAR" informacji dotyczącej oczywistej omyłki pisarskiej odnoszącej się do podanej ilości otrzymanych akcji serii C spółki Global Energy S.A. w zawiadomieniu z dnia 9 stycznia 2014 roku, które nastąpiło w trybie Art. 69 ust.1 pkt.1 oraz Art. 69 ust.4 i 4b - Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, dotyczącego uzyskania przez STAR udziału w kapitale i w głosach na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy spółki Global Energy S.A. w wysokości 32,99%.
Informacja przekazana przez STAR Ventures GmbH zawiera następującą treść:
“Correction of an obvious misprint in Notification according to articles of the Act on Public Offering" dated January 9th 2014
In the Notification according to article 69 paragraph 4 and 4b of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public offering, Conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading and Public companies dated January 9th, 2014, has occurred an obvious misprint connected with the number of delivered to STAR Ventures GmbH shares (C series) of Global Energy S.A.
In the abovementioned notification in connection with the number of acquired shares we have informed that:
“ On December 31, 2013 by delivery of 11 064 944 shares(C series) of the Company, STAR Ventures GmbH changed its shareholding in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Global Energy SA.
Before STAR Ventures GmbH received shares of the Company, held no such shares.
In the result of receipt of the aforesaid shares STAR Ventures GmbH acquired significant shareholding in the Company in amount of 11 064 944 --- Eleven million sixty four thousand nine hundred forty four--- votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, equal to 32,99 --- thirty two and ninety nine hundreds --- percent in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company. "
The proper information in connection with the number of acquired shares is the following:
“ On December 31, 2013 by delivery of 11 062 944 shares(C series) of the Company, STAR Ventures GmbH changed its shareholding in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Global Energy SA.
Before STAR Ventures GmbH received shares of the Company, held no such shares.
