| | Zarząd Global Energy S.A. działając zgodnie z art. 70 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych informuje o odebraniu w dniu wczorajszym zawiadomienia podmiotu "R.K.K. Energy Limited" dalej zwanym "RKK", sporządzonego w trybie Art. 69 ust.1 pkt.1 oraz Art. 69 ust.4 i 4b - Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, dotyczącego uzyskania przez RKK udziału w kapitale i w głosach na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy spółki Global Energy S.A. w wysokości 32,99% o następującej treści:
" Notification pursuant to Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering
Acting pursuant to Art. 69 paragraph 1 point 1 and Art. 69 paragraph 4 and 4b of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading, and Public Companies (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 185), we herby inform that, in the result of capital increase in company GLOBAL ENERGY S.A. (hereinafter called GE) in the amount of 5.310.213,12 PLN due to issuance of 22.125.888 series C shares of GE and acquiring on December 31st 2013 by R.K.K. Energy Limited 11.062.944 series C shares of GE, our shareholding in the overall number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of GE has changed.
Before the abovementioned acquisition of GE shares R.K.K. Energy Limited held no shares of GE.
Due to acquisition of the abovementioned GE shares R.K.K. Energy Limited obtained on December 31th 2013 shareholding in GE equal to 11.064.944 (eleven million sixty four thousand nine hundred forty four) shares, entitling to 11.064.944 (eleven million sixty four thousand nine hundred forty four) votes at the general meeting of shareholders of GE, accounting for 32,99% (thirty two and ninety nine hundreds of percent) in the overall number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of GE.
According to the requirement connected with information on further increase or decrease of the number of votes in public company we do not exclude both. We also inform that there are no third persons or entities referred to Art.87 point 1.3.c of the Act on Public Offering with whom have been concluded agreements to transfer the right to exercise voting rights from owned shares of GE.
