The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") informs that due to continuous Anti-terroristic operation in the East of Ukraine where all its subsidiaries are situated and infeasibility of the Company and its subsidiaries to restart its activity Sadovaya Group S.A fulfilled to publish its Half-yearly financial report 2015 in time. The new date of its publishing will be determined after publication of Consolidated annual report 2014.
Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
