1. To approve the statutory annual accounts _unconsolidated_ for the year ended 31 December 2015 drawn up according to generally accepted accounting principles in Luxembourg.

2. To approve the Management report of the Board of Directors on the statutory annual accounts _unconsolidated_ for the year ended 31 December 2015 drawn up according to generally accepted accounting principles in Luxembourg.
