| | The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2014 of 8 February 2014:
Consolidated annual report for 2013 will be published on 30 April 2014 instead of 28 April 2014.
All other reports will be published as previously announced:
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2014 — August 22, 2014.
- Consolidated interim reports:
o For the 1st quarter of 2014 — May 12, 2014;
o For the 3rd quarter of 2014 — November 14, 2014.
