| | The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on April 28, 2012, the Company received from ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office at ul. Topiel 12, 00-342 Warszawa, Poland, the notification on holding of shares constituting more than 5% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of a public company, which reads as follows:
"Relating to Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offer and conditions for listing financial instruments to the regulated market system and on the public companies (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 185, item 1439) we inform that ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Fund) has acquired shares of Milkiland N.V. (Company) in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, settled on April 23rd, 2012 and the Fund became an owner of Company’s shares that give the Fund more than 5% of the total number of votes on the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Before the acquiring of shares the Fund was the owner of 1,486,339 (one million four hundred eighty-six thousand three hundred thirty-nine) Company’s shares that gave 4.76% of Company’s initial capital and was right to 1,486,339 (one million four hundred eighty-six thousand three hundred thirty-nine) votes on the General Meeting of Shareholders.
On April 26th, 2012 the Fund is the Owner of 1,720,687 (one million seven hundred twenty thousand six hundred eighty-seven) Company’s shares that give 5.51% of Company’s initial capital and is right to 1,720,687 (one million seven hundred twenty thousand six hundred eighty-seven) votes on the General Meeting of Shareholders".
