| | | | Treść raportu: | | | | | | | | | | | | bmp Holding AG (ISIN DE0003304200) is announcing that the change in the company’s name and business purpose resolved at the Annual General Meeting on June 17th, 2015, has been entered in the commercial register.
As an operating holding company, the company is now trading under the name “bmp Holding AG" (www.bmp-holding.de).
The aim is to develop bmp Holding into a leading e-commerce group in the living/ mattresses and bedding sector over the coming years.
In this context, bmp already acquired a majority interest in sleepz GmbH (Ludwigsfelde/Berlin) as at May 1st, 2015. This company operates online shops including www.perfekt-schlafen.de and www.matratzendiscount.de and has gained a strong market position in the mattresses and bedding segment in Germany within a short period of time.
One or two additional majority acquisitions in the living/ mattresses and bedding sector are planned for the current year. Simultaneously, the existing investment portfolio, which is assigned to the discontinued operation, is sold gradually. Thus, for example, the stake in vertical techmedia GmbH was sold to "Neue Mediengesellschaft Ulm mbH" in June 2015.
The Executive Board expects consolidated revenue to total between € 6 million and € 10 million in 2015 and between € 25 million and € 40 million in the coming year, with the subsidiary sleepz contributing a planned pro rata revenue of € 6 million in 2015 and € 15 million in 2016.
