UniCredit communicates that in accordance with the Board of Directors resolution of May 24th, today the Chairman Mr Giuseppe Vita met with the Chairman of the Corporate Governance HR & Nomination Committee Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and the Committee’s members Vincenzo Calandra Buonaura, Vice Chairman, and Clara Streit, Director, to identify the executive search firm that will assist the Bank for the search of the new CEO.
As a result of such meeting, the decision has been made to appoint Egon Zehnder to select possible candidacies to be submitted with the Corporate Governance HR & Nomination Committee for its evaluation.
