UNICREDIT: RESIGNATION COMPANY’S NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
UniCredit informs you that Director Mr. Mohamed Badawy Al-Husseiny, nonexecutive and independent Board member of the Company pursuant to the Articles of Association, the Corporate Governance Code and the TUF, has resigned with effect as of October 15, 2015, due to personal reasons.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, also on behalf of the CEO, his Board member colleagues and the Statutory Auditors, express to Mr. Al-Husseiny their hearty thanks for the contribution given to UniCredit up to today.
The Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors will, within the frame of their respective authorities, adopt the necessary resolutions in order for the Company's Board to be restored to its full setting.
