Results of scrip dividend operation
UniCredit communicates that, having the payment of the dividend from profit reserves in the form of a scrip dividend deliberated in the Shareholders’ meeting held on May 13, 2015 taken place, around 75% of the Shareholders entited to such right have received the dividend in shares (compared to a percentage of around 70% registered in the previous fiscal year). In execution of the capital increase underlying the scrip dividend, n. 87,534,728 ordinary shares and n. 31,364 savings shares have been issued (with regular dividend right as of
1/1/2015, coupon 5).
The share capital (fully subscribed and paid) following the execution of the mentioned increase will be equal to Euro 20,257,667,510.99 divided into shares with no nominal value, of whose 5,967,177,811 ordinary shares and 2,480,677 savings shares.
The impact on Group consolidated capital ratios is equal to 12 bps. This impact is aligned to the estimate included in capital ratios pro-forma as of March 2015.
