Cena akcji zostaÅ‚a ustalona na 875 000 000 akcji klasy B SpóÅ‚ki o wartoÅ›ci 1 (jedna) korona szwedzka za akcjÄ™. Umowa wejdzie w życie pod warunkiem wyemitowania przez SpóÅ‚kÄ™ do dnia 10 wrzeÅ›nia 2014 roku 875 000 000 akcji klasy B bezpoÅ›rednio do sprzedawców, bÄ™dÄ…cych dotychczasowymi akcjonariuszami spóÅ‚ki Kooperativa Ultvecklingsbolaget Sverige AB.
DziÄ™ki objÄ™ciu akcji, Reinhold Europe AB uzyska licencjÄ™ na budowÄ™ domów moduÅ‚owych jednego z wiodÄ…cych producentów na rynku. GrupÄ™ docelowÄ… odbiorców domów moduÅ‚owych stanowiÄ… przede wszystkim studenci, osoby starsze oraz imigranci. Ich budowa zajmuje mniej niż poÅ‚owÄ™ czasu potrzebnego na budowÄ™ metodÄ… tradycyjnÄ…. Uzyskanie licencji pozwoli SpóÅ‚ce na wzrost udziaÅ‚u na rynku budowlanym, którego rozwój obecnie przewidywany jest na 200 000 nowych mieszkaÅ„ do koÅ„ca 2017 roku.
Reinhold Europe AB (Company) hereby announces, that on August 28, 2014 Company has signed an agreement with the shareholders of Kooperativa Ultvecklingsbolaget Sverige AB, i.e. Elementa AG (84.50%), Kenneth Lidberg (6.40%), Erma AB (5.70%), Utvecklingsbolaget Sverige AB (2.00 %) and Lars Wikström (1.40%), to acquire all the 875 000 shares of the Kooperativa Ultvecklingsbolaget Sverige AB. The purchase price has been established at 875 000 000 shares of class B, of the value of 1 SEK each share, of the Company. The agreement shall be effective if the Company issues 875 000 000 shares of class B till September 10, 2014 directly to the sellers – i.e. former shareholders of the Kooperativa Ultvecklingsbolaget Sverige AB.
Through the acquisition of shares, Reinhold Europe AB shall gain a license with a major supplier for building modular houses. The youths, elderly and immigrants are the main target group for modular houses. The construction of such houses takes less than half production time compared to conventional construction. Gaining a license shall give the Company an opportunity to increase its construction market share, which development is predicted for 200 000 new apartments by the end of 2017.
