| | ZarzÄ…d Reinhold Europe AB (dalej "Emitent"), niniejszym informuje, że w dniu wczorajszym Emitent zÅ‚ożyÅ‚ zażalenie na postanowienie Szwedzkiego Finansinspektionen w przedmiocie naÅ‚ożenia kary na Emitenta za nie zÅ‚ożenie w terminie sprawozdania finansowego za rok 2012, sprawozdania finansowego za pierwszy kwartaÅ‚ 2013 r., jak i sprawozdania Å›ródrocznego za 2013 r. W zażaleniu Emitent zwróciÅ‚ szczególnÄ… uwagÄ™ na swojÄ… trudnÄ… sytuacjÄ™ finansowÄ…, jak i wniósÅ‚ o zredukowanie kary do zera.

The Board of Directors of Reinhold Europe AB ("Issuer"), hereby informs, that yesterday the Issuer submitted an appeal from the decision of the Swedish Finansinspektionen in the matter of the penalty imposed on the Issuer for failure to publish periodic financial information - the annual report 2012, the first quarterly report of 2013 and the half-yearly report of 2013. In the appeal the Issuer highlighted it's tense economical situation, as well as submitted a motion for the reduction of the penalty to zero.
