ZarzÄ…du GieÅ‚dy Papierów WartoÅ›ciowych w Warszawie SA w sprawie zawieszenie obrotu na GÅ‚ównym Rynku GPW akcjami spóÅ‚ki Reinhold Europe AB. Zgodnie z treÅ›ciÄ… powoÅ‚anej uchwaÅ‚y obrót akcjami SpóÅ‚ki zostaje zawieszony do dnia 15 maja 2014 r. wÅ‚Ä…cznie, a w przypadku nieopublikowania do tego dnia przez SpóÅ‚kÄ™ raportu rocznego za rok 2013 zawieszenie obrotu bÄ™dzie przedÅ‚użone do koÅ„ca dnia sesyjnego nastÄ™pujÄ…cego po dniu opublikowania raportu.

The Board of Directors of Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) announces that it has received the resolution 550/2014 dated 7th May, 2014 of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in relation to the suspension of trading of shares of Reinhold Europe AB. The aforementioned resolution declares that the shares will be suspended until May 15, 2014 inclusive, and in the case of non publication to that date by the Company the annual report for 2013 the suspension of shares will be extended until the end of the session of the day following the publication of the report.
