Reinhold Europe AB (formerly Reinhold Polska AB) informs that yesterday it received information from the Swedish Companies House (Bolagsverket) of the change in the statutes of the company in relation to the change of the name of the company from Reinhold Polska AB to Reinhold Europe AB.
Company has adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association – enclosed as an attachment to this current report.
