| | The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 19 June 2014 KSG Agricultural and Industrial Holding Limited, Cyprus subsidiary of the Company, and PUAH #2 Limited, Ukrainian subsidiary of the Company, executed the agreements concerning:
1. Sale of 100% of shares in LLC “Pivdenne", (identification code 31681892, Ukraine)
LLC “Pivdenne" is an agricultural entity which has 1,7 thousand hectares of arable land under lease in Kherson region of Ukraine.
After the deals total arable land under lease of the Company will stay around 94 thousand hectares.
