With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 14 September 2015 up to and including 18 September 2015 Krka acquired 11,668 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 713,695 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 251,523 representing 0.767% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 263,191 representing 0.803% of all shares issued.
