With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 27 August 2015 up to and including 28 August 2015 Krka acquired 3,870 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 239,682 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d. and Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 230,371 representing 0.702% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 234,241 representing 0.714% of all shares issued.
