On 11 June 2015 Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received a notification from Allianz ZB d.o.o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondom, Nike Grškovića 31, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia (hereafter Allianz ZB), that on 11 June 2015 Allianz ZB acquired 71,731 Krka shares on behalf of AZ mandatory pension fund category A and AZ mandatory pension fund category B. Consequently Allianz ZB holds 1,666,873 Krka shares. After these transactions the shareholding of Allianz ZB in Krka increased from 4.86% to 5.08%.
