In accordance with article 56.1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, Kernel Holding S.A. reports that its net debt was USD 339.4 million as of 30.06.2015, according to unaudited preliminary financial information compiled by management at the request of its debt capital providers. Approximately 41% of net debt was covered by readily marketable inventories. Net debt is calculated as the sum of short-term interest-bearing debt, current maturities of long-term interest-bearing debt and long-term interest-bearing debt, less cash and cash equivalents.
