The following entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the total votes during the meeting:
• NAMSEN LIMITED. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 31,247,152, equal to 69.9% of votes present at the meeting and 39.2% of the total vote.
• ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 4,500,000, equal to 10.1% of votes present at the meeting and 5.6% of the total vote.
