| | AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that on 5 December 2013 the shares of Vydmantai wind park, UAB, the subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Subsidiary), were pledged in favour of Swedbank AB by the Company to secure financial obligations of the Subsidiary under the credit agreement.
Following the merger of former daughter company of the Company - UAB IRL Wind and the Subsidiary, all assets and liabilities of UAB IRL Wind were transferred to the Subsidiary, and Swedbank AB issued a new credit to the Subsidiary to refinance the existing financial obligations and under this credit agreement a repeated requirement to pledge all shares in the Subsidiary was established.Legal grounds: Article 56 section 1 point 1 in connection with article 56 section 6 of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions governing the Admission of Financial Instruments to Trading on Organized Markets, and on Listed Companies. | |
