| | AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Board was convened on 17 April 2013 in which all appointed members of the Board unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
1. Resolution. Appointment of the Chairman of the Board;
Resolved: to appoint Ms Karina Tsurkan, the member of the Board, to the position of the Chairman of the Board of the Company.

2011 – 2012: Head of the Geographic Division "Europe" at INTER RAO UES
2010 – 2011: Head of the Geographic Division "Moldova, Ukraine, Romania" at INTER RAO UES
2009 – 2010: Head of the Department of Management and Development, the Geographic Division “Europe" at INTER RAO UES

Legal grounds: Article 56 section 1 point 1 in connection with article 56 section 6 of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions governing the Admission of Financial Instruments to Trading on Organized Markets, and on Listed Companies.
