| | AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Council was convened on 25 January 2013 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Council unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
1. Resolution. Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council;
Resolved: to appoint Mr Anton Badenkov, the member of the Supervisory Council, to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council.
2. Resolution. Approval of the work regulations of the Supervisory Council;
Resolved: to approve the work regulations of the Supervisory Council.
3. Resolution. Establishment of the Audi Committee of the Supervisory Council and approval of the work regulations of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council;
Resolved: to establish the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council and to approve the work regulations of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council.
