| | The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. ("IMC") hereby informs that on 29 April 2011 the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") resolved under resolution no. 552/2011 to admit to trading at the WSE’s main market 31,300,000 ordinary shares of IMC without indication of a nominal value.
On 2 May 2011 under Resolution No. 374/11 the Management Board of the National Securities Depository S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów WartoÅ›ciowych S.A.) (“NDS") resolved to confer on IMC the status of a participant in the NDS as an Issuer and to register 31,300,000 ordinary bearer shares of IMC without indication of a nominal value.
On 2 May 2011 the Management Board of WSE resolved under resolution no. 564/2011 to introduce to trading on the WSE’s main market 31,300,000 ordinary shares of IMC without indication of a nominal value. The IMC’s shares will be listed in the continuous trading under the abbreviated name of “IMCOMPANY" and label of "IMC".
First listing of the IMC’s shares took place on 4 May 2011.
