| | The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. informs that a Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. concluded the agreements to acquire three Ukrainian companies leasing 7 500 hectares of land in the central and northern parts of Ukraine (with 5 years lease term). The value of the deal is USD 5 316 000.
All land is located in close proximity to the existing clusters of Industrial milk Company S.A. in Poltava and Chernihiv regions.
The price includes, among other assets, books of lease contracts for prime farm land, the farming equipment, inventory, biological assets, 5 000 tons of grain storage facilities, the livestock breeding devision of 1900 heads, including 900 milking cows.
At present the farming land bank of Industrial Milk Company S.A. totals 45 500 hectares.
Legal grounds: Art. 56.1.1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
