IMMOFINANZ AG _the “Company"_ acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 14 June 2016 it has been notified by its Management Board member Stefan Schönauer _CFO_ on the acquisition on 14 June 2016 of 10,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.004 Euro for each share _the total price for all the acquired shares was 20,040 Euro_.
