IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 21 December 2015 it has been notified by its Management Board member Dietmar Reindl (COO) on the acquisition on 18 December 2015 of 14,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.055 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 28,770 Euro).
