IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 01 October 2014, 02 October 2014 and 03 October 2014 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board member Rudolf Fries on the following three acquisitions by the FRIES Holding GmbH: - acquisition on 30 September 2014 of 253,986 Company’s shares at the price of 2.249 Euro for each share (the total price for all these acquired shares was 571,214.51 Euro) - acquisition on 01 October 2014 of 160,000 shares at the price of 2.238 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 358,080 Euro) - acquisition on 02 August 2014 of 356,000 shares at the price of 2.1953 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 781,526.8 Euro)
