IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 29 April 2014 it has been notified by its Management Board member Eduard Zehetner (CEO) on the acquisition on 28 April 2014 of 60,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.659 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 159,540 Euro).
