Resolution No. 1448/2011
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 29 November 2011
concerning the admission to exchange trading on the WSE Main List
of the shares of the company EUROHOLD BULGARIA AD
with its registered office in Sofia
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the main market 108,643,712 shares of the company EUROHOLD BULGARIA AD a par value BGN 1 each.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
