Considering the sale of ENEFI Polska Sp. Zoo 224 863 pieces of ENEFI stocks _ISIN code: HU0000089198_ remained in the ownership of the sold Polish company, therefore the number of stocks owned by affiliated companies of the company shall be reduced by 224 863 pieces of stocks.
