| | E-Star Alternative Plc. (the “Company") hereby informs its Investors, that the date of issue of the Company’s first quarter results has been modified from 16th of May, 2011 to 31st of May 2011. The reason of the modification is, that the Company is working on a major Polish acquisition, which will greatly alter the contents of the Company’s first quarter results report as well as the update of the Company’s business forecast for 2011. | |
