The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") informs that on October 4, 2011 the Company received a notification from Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fund") that as a result of the transaction settled on the 30th September 2011 the Fund has exceeded the threshold of 5% in the share capital and voting rights at The General Meeting of the Company.
