| | Company ČEZ, a. s. with its registered seat Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, PSČ 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 would like to inform that as a result of expiration of 1 month deadline since recording of the resolution of general meeting of Severočeská energetika, a. s. with its registered seat at Děčín IV, Teplická 874/8, PSČ 405 49, ID Number 499 03 179 related to transfer of all other shares of Severočeská energetika, a. s. to majority shareholder, ie. company ČEZ, a. s., in Companies Register was announced (which was done in Business Journal dated Septmeber 27, 2006), ownerhip rights of all minority shareholders to shares of Severočeská energetika, a. s. were transferred to company ČEZ, a. s.; therefore ČEZ, a. s. became sole shareholder in Severočeská energetika, a. s. | |
