| | ÄŒEZ, a. s., priced its upcoming EUR 10 million bond issue due in January 2014. It is the first bond issue under CEZ´s domestic bond program and the first EUR bond issuance to be settled by Centrální depozitáÅ™ cenných papírů, a.s. (the Central Securities Depository Prague). It is also the first short term debenture registered by the Central Securities Depository Prague. Bonds will be listed on the Regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange. The bonds are expected to settle on 3 December 2013 and will be subscribed by one investor. | |
