Avia Solutions Group – Airports Management OOO holds 75 percent minus one share of RAMPORT AERO OAO engaged in construction and development of the Moscow’s fourth airport – Ramenskoye International.
Based on preliminary estimations the transaction along with operating result reported under discontinued operations is expected to contribute aggregate gain of approximately EUR 4 million to the consolidated financial statements for the 3 month period ended 30 September 2015.
