Implementing the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Avia Solutions Group AB adopted on 29 November 2013, the new emission of shares amounting to 165 000 ordinary registered shares has been issued by the company and subscribed by two private investors Mr. Josif Legenzov and Mr. Anatolij Legenzov. The new emission of shares has been joined with the existing emission (ISIN No LT0000128381) and is intended to be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 31 March 2014. The amended Articles of Association are attached herewith.
