Elbit Ultrasound _Luxembourg_ B.V./S.a.r.l. _“Elbit"_, the direct major shareholder of the Company, has on the date of this announcement subscribed for 25 Existing Ordinary Shares issued by the Company in advance of the Share Capital Consolidation.
The first time and date of dealing in the New Ordinary Shares _including the 25 Existing Ordinary Shares subscribed for by Elbit_ on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be at 8.00 a.m. on 1 July 2016.
The Company’s issued share capital, post the Share Capital Consolidation and issue of 25 Existing Ordinary Shares to Elbit, will comprise 6,855,603 New Ordinary Shares, with a total nominal value of EUR 6,855,603.00.
Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms defined in the Circular to Shareholders and notice of the Annual General Meeting announcement published on 19 May 2016 shall have the same meaning when used in this announcement.For further details, please contact:
