The Notice of Meeting, including agenda and proxy voting cards in English together with the Circular to Shareholders relating to a proposed share capital consolidation, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders. The agenda for the AGM includes a proposal for the amendment of the Company’s articles of association _statuten_.
Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the AGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company _Prins Hendrikkade 48-s, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands_.
