| | The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2014 of 8 February 2014:
Consolidated semi-annual report for 1st half of 2014 will be published on 30 August 2014 instead of 22 August 2014.
The Consolidated interim report for the 3rd quarter 2014 will be published as previously announced on November 14, 2014.
