| | The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the scheduled dates of publication of the Company’s periodical reports in 2014:
I. Consolidated annual report for 2013 - April 29th, 2014.
II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2014 - August 29th, 2014.
III. Consolidated interim reports:
For the 1st quarter of 2014 - May 15th, 2014;
For the 3rd quarter of 2014 - November 14th, 2014.
Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
