	AviaAM Leasing AB _hereinafter – the “Company"_ announces that the Company has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company _hereinafter -“HNCA"_, according to which the companies will establish a joint-venture aircraft leasing company _hereinafter - the “JV"_. It is intended that the Henan-based JV will gradually build and manage a fleet of narrow-body aircraft worth of up to 900 million USD.
