According to this on 1 January 2015 Lithuania will convert its national currency Lithuanian Litas (LTL) to Euro (EUR) based on the official exchange rate of EUR 1.00 = LTL 3.4528.
On the basis set out above, on 1 January 2015 the nominal value of AviaAM Leasing AB (hereinafter – the “Company") shares will automatically be converted from LTL 1.00 LTL per share to EUR 0.29 per share in the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania (CSDL). The respective amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company and approval of the new wording of the Articles of Association related to the change in the nominal value of the shares and the amount of the share capital shall be included into the agenda of the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
